Ingredients:

1. 400 grams chicken (boneless and skinless)
2. 2 eggs
3. 4 tbsp. cornstarch
4. 2 tbsp. dark soya sauce
5. 4 green chilies thinly chopped
6. 4 cloves garlic minced
7. 1 tsp. ginger paste
8. 2 tbsp. white spring onions chopped
9. 1 normal onion, sliced
10. 2 tbsp. green spring onions chopped
11. 1/2 tsp. pepper powder
12. 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
13. 1/2 tsp. castor sugar
14. 2 cups chicken stock
15. 1 tsp. vinegar
16. 2 tbsp. oil
17. Salt as per taste


Preparations:

1. Beat the egg in a vessel and keep aside.
2. Chop the chicken into medium size pieces and keep aside.
3. Combine cornstarch, beaten egg, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce.
4. Blend well and add chicken pieces.
5. Cover the chicken exceptionally well into the mixture and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken until turns golden brown.
7. Remove on oil absorbent paper and keep aside.
8. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in another pan; add green chilies, minced garlic and ginger.
9. Fry for few seconds and add white spring onion along with normal sliced onion.
10. Stir with chicken stock and vinegar.
11. Add salt, sugar and ajinomotto.
12. Mix very well until starts boiling.
13. Add fried chicken and cook for 4-5 more minutes.
14. Finally add green spring onions and serve hot with fried rice.
